We provide medical benefits, including an HSA with a $1,000 employer match. Dental, vision, long and short-term disability (employer-paid), accident, critical illness, and life insurance are also available.
Our Training Center is committed to helping our employees get the skills and information they need to succeed both personally and professionally. A yearly learning stipend is also given to each employee.
Family and Community Support
In addition to 7 paid holidays, we give a start of 80 flexible PTO hours. In July, we introduced a paid week off to allow our workers to unwind.
We provide paid family leave to all caregivers, which includes adoption, injury, or illness of oneself or a family member. Flexible hours, rooms for breastfeeding mothers, and other services are available to new parents.

After a year of employment, any full-time employee is eligible for a 401(k) plan and can receive a no-cap employer match of up to 4%.
Through our 401(k) choices as well as yearly company-wide compensation revisions, profit-sharing results in long-term wealth building (separate from bonuses and promotions).
Employees that go solar receive financial assistance from us. Employees who install solar on their houses or any of our products can have an interest-free loan deducted from their salary.
